Billy Council
Billy Council is a Founding Partner of the New Renaissance Basketball Association (NRBA). He has been coaching on the AAU basketball circuit for the past 12 years. Included on his list of accomplishments are 2 AAU Division One National Championships and 1 BCI National Championship.
In addition to building a reputation as a passionate and dedicated AAU Basketball coach, Council has coached for several years on the boys and girls high school basketball circuit. During this period, one memorable highlight was winning the 2005 New York City Freshman Championship with All Hollows Boys Basketball Team. In 2010, Council took an only 3-month old Fastbreak 10U boys team to the AAU Nationals where they ranked #8 in the country. The following year, Council’s 5th grade team finished 2nd in the country. Coach Billy’s exceptional knowledge and love of basketball consistently produces superb athletes and outstanding young adults both on and off the court.

Everton McIntyre
Everton McIntyre is Program Coordinator for the New Renaissance Basketball Association (NRBA). A graduate of Long Island University with a Masters in Education, McIntyre is a Middle School Educational Technology teacher within the New York City Department of Education. He has been involved in various basketball programs as a parent and program coordinator for the past seven years.
